Intel.com Rebrand and Redesign

Simplify Your AI Journey. That’s the new promise at the heart of Intel.com: a massive digital transformation I helped lead as a Strategy Director.

The Challenge

Intel.com is one of the most complex websites in the world, with hundreds of thousands of pages spanning products, solutions, resources, and thought leadership. During this project, Intel was navigating a period of transition, and the definition of success for the site was evolving right alongside the brand itself. The challenge was twofold:

  1. Simplify and streamline content without losing depth or technical credibility.
  2. Redefine the user journey to support both audience development and sales enablement.

My Role

As B2B Strategy Director, I worked across strategy, UX, and governance to help guide the rebrand and redesign:

  • Qualitative + quantitative content audit: Evaluated hundreds of thousands of pages to identify redundancies, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Content governance model: Built a framework to ensure long-term consistency and scalability.
  • User journeys + UX strategy: Used Figma and Miro boards to map, prototype, and refine the digital experience.
  • Audience development + sales enablement: Ensured the site wasn’t just a library of information, but a driver of pipeline and customer engagement.

The Outcome

The rebrand and redesign of Intel.com provided a clearer, more human-centered experience that balanced Intel’s technical depth with a streamlined, user-friendly journey. The site is now positioned as both a gateway for AI innovation and a tool for sales enablement, meeting evolving audience needs while advancing Intel’s business goals.
