MetroPlusHealth: Expanding Provider Outreach Through Content and Communications
As Director of Content Marketing and Corporate Communications for MetroPlusHealth, I led initiatives to strengthen relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare providers across New York City. My focus was on building trust and awareness through targeted content outreach, thought leadership pieces, and PR efforts that highlighted MetroPlusHealth’s value as a partner in patient care.
The Challenge
MetroPlusHealth, one of the largest community health plans in New York City, needed to expand its provider network while deepening engagement with existing partners. The challenge was to:
