Microsoft Dynamics 365: Improving Customer Satisfaction with AI

In enterprise sales and customer experience, technology alone isn’t the differentiator. The real difference lies in how you communicate its value. As a Content Director at VML, I collaborated with Microsoft to develop content that demonstrated how Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI could transform customer satisfaction across the buyer journey. One of the centerpiece assets was the ebook “Improving Customer Satisfaction with AI: 5 Focus Areas.”

The Challenge

Microsoft needed a compelling way to show B2B decision-makers that Dynamics 365 wasn’t just a CRM—it was an AI-powered engine for improving customer experience. The content needed to do more than describe features: it had to build a sophisticated B2B sales funnel asset that guided enterprise leaders from awareness to consideration to adoption.

My Role

As Content Director, I:

  • Led content strategy and development of the ebook in collaboration with Microsoft and creative teams at VML.
  • Synthesized technical value propositions into accessible, business-ready storytelling.
  • Framed the narrative around five key focus areas, showing how AI could enhance personalization, streamline operations, boost productivity, and deepen customer relationships.
  • Designed content for the funnel, balancing thought leadership with practical insights that could be leveraged by Microsoft’s global salesforce.

The Outcome

The ebook became a cornerstone asset in Microsoft’s enterprise sales funnel. It:

  • Equipped sales teams with a polished, high-value tool for engaging executives.
  • Elevated Dynamics 365 as a solution for measurable customer experience gains, not just operational efficiency.
  • Strengthened Microsoft’s positioning as a leader in applying AI to real-world business challenges.
