WorkMarket (an ADP Company): Extending the Workforce with Talent Pools

As businesses adapt to new models of work, the ability to flexibly assemble and manage talent has become essential. From 1099 contractors and freelancers to full-time employees, companies need solutions that allow them to scale their workforce seamlessly. As a Senior Content Marketing Manager for WorkMarket (an ADP Company), I wrote the copy and provided creative direction for an explainer video that showcased how WorkMarket enables organizations to build and manage dynamic talent pools.

The Challenge

WorkMarket wanted to demonstrate its unique value proposition—helping companies extend their workforce by bringing all types of talent into one streamlined platform. The goal was to:

  • Clearly explain how organizations can assemble and manage talent pools.

  • Deliver content in a way that was simple, engaging, and easily digestible for decision-makers.

My Role

As Sr. Content Marketing Manager, I:

  • Developed the script and messaging framework for the explainer video.
  • Provided creative direction to ensure visuals aligned with the brand’s narrative and value proposition.
  • Simplified complex workforce management concepts into approachable, compelling copy for a B2B audience.
  • Collaborated with design and production teams to bring the story to life.
